Gail Edgell is a pioneer in the field of women’s wellness. As founder (CEO, President) of the acclaimed 360 Menopause (http://www.360Menopause.com), she assists women discover the essential answers to living a vibrant, symptom-free second half of life through education, innovative health options, community connection and referral networks.
For over 20 years, Gail has implemented hundreds of health and fitnessprograms for Fortune 500 companies. In 2000 she founded Inside Out Wellness Ltd., a personal-training company geared to helping individuals who have experienced setbacks because of medical conditions.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from West Chester University and has numerous other certifications.
Brenda Adams Sterling
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Sterling combines over 30 years of financial experience with proven organizational and managerial skills. Her clients have ranged from start-ups to international Fortune 500 companies. Areas of specialization include financial, systems, mergers and acquisitions, leadership and corporate-culture change, workforce-motivation strategies, cross-cultural communication, operations and training.
Ms. Sterling’s consulting practice specializes in providing CFO services for a variety of clients, including entrepreneurial ventures, colleges and not-for-profit organizations, financial-services companies and retailers. She also provides internal audit support for SOX (Sarbannes Oxley) compliance to public companies.
Ms. Sterling has held a number of corporate positions, including vice president of operations and controller, CFO, chief administrative officer and senior auditor. She has audit experience with a Big Five accounting firm and has conducted operational audits internationally. Ms. Sterling also started two businesses and grew them to profitability.
Cheryl Bertrand Kali
Ms. Bertrand is a retired executive, strategist and change agent. During her 21-year career, she as an interim executive assisting businesses ranging from start-up ventures to Fortune 500 companies. She provided leadership to companies seeking to dramatically improve their competitive position and overall efficiency through process management, organizational design and information technology.
As a result, Ms. Bertrand developed a reputation for partnering with global business leaders, formulating strategic plans and managing deployments that achieved objectives. She consistently facilitated and motivated multi discipline/multicultural teams to create business and cultural shifts. She capitalized on her experience and training in turnaround management, strategy development, change management, process engineering, consensus building,information and technology, and organizational planning.
Ms. Bertrand has a vast knowledge of what key components are needed for a company to survive. Her gift lies in seeing the future of a business and how it will fit into the world. Ms. Bertrand now coaches and mentors entrepreneurs in their pursuit of financial independence.
Mr. Bogle has more than 30 years of strategic and marketing consulting experience, including several years as a senior practice leader at Arthur Young’s (Ernst & Young’s) Southwest Strategic Management Consulting Practice. There he worked extensively with the Entrepreneurial Services Group to connect human performance and business strategy.
He has worked with and served as a coach to two of Inc. Magazine’sEntrepreneur of the Year regional winners and has worked with three companies in Inc. Magazine’s 100 Fastest-Growing Companies in the United States. His clients range from start-ups and emerging entities to Global 50 enterprises. This work includes breakthrough thinking for high-growth strategies, turnarounds, acquisitions and mergers, and capital formation. In recent years he has worked extensively in the “clean, green and sustainable” space and coached companies on social entrepreneurship.
Mr. Molina provides consultation in business development, corporate structure and capital acquisition for product- and service-driven companies from the start-up through seed-capital stage. He has earned the name “general contractor of businesses” for his close work with a client’s service providers.
Mr. Molina has supported businesses with structure, packaging, consulting and training that allowed his clients to obtain the necessary resources to achieve their goals. He has more than 25 years of experience in corporate training and management and participates in the USA Today Small Business Panel, which serves 20 million entrepreneurs.
